Reflector is a WPF desktop app that finds Android devices over ADB, by cable or Wi-Fi, and opens each one in its own window with the live mirror embedded and real controls around it: back, home, recents, the D-pad, power, volume, media keys, the notification shade, rotation, screenshots, APK installs, file pushes and typing straight onto the device. It watches ADB’s device tracker so the dashboard updates the moment a phone appears, and remembers every device it has seen. Press Optimize and it measures the link (throughput, latency, Wi-Fi band, signal and packet loss), then picks the resolution, bitrate, frame rate and codec that fit and says which measurement drove each choice. Session windows graph frame rate, latency and throughput live, and Wi-Fi pairing works by scanning a QR code drawn by an encoder written from scratch.
